Seats are reserved only after our team confirms your inquiry, agrees the price with you, and receives any required payment. Availability shown on the website is updated regularly but may change before your inquiry is confirmed.
Prices and payment

Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline and hotel concerned. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable airline, hotel and service charges.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and for holding valid travel documents, including passports and visas, required for travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We act as an agent between travellers, airlines and hotels. We are not liable for delays, schedule changes or cancellations imposed by airlines, hotels or authorities, though we will always assist in finding the best alternative.
